Southwell · New city house, great location - with parking!

Great find with off street parking Positive: Stayed here with family whilst at an event at the Snowsports centre. Was ideally located, with shops on the doorstep. Parking at rear of property. The house itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space for us. Nice to stay somewhere with little things included such as soap and washing up liquid etc which made a short stay easier as didn’t need to bring much. Beds all comfortable, plenty of space. House warm and bright for our arrival.

Positive: Great location clean and modern deffo stay again Negative: I wouldn't say dislike but toilet and shower are downstairs

Great location but the house was tired. The laundry needs to good clean and smell fresher. Positive: location Negative: lack of parking, the linen smelt bad and not fresh, some of the linen had stanes and the house smelt damp.

Positive: Property was ideally located within approx 10 minute walk into the City for the shops, restaurants and pubs not to mention the beautiful cathedral, old buildings, river and the City's history and culture. Negative: My only criticism was that the toilet facilities were down stairs so it was a bit of a pain getting up during the night and having to go downstairs.

Great for what we were looking for Positive: Location- quiet, convenient, clean, comfortable, homely. Negative: The only slight problem was the bed in the middle bedroom - it appears to be propped up underneath where it is broken on the far side - so wasn’t that comfortable.
