Southwell · New city house, great location - with parking!

Convenient stay, with parking, and close to city centre. Positive: Great location. Close to city centre and shops. Padkiis a particular bonus. Negative: Was surprised to have to unload the dishwasher. Beds were OK but weren't particularly comfortable. Decor is quite bland and why don't the clocks work?

Satisfied. Positive: Location, cleanliness and easy to communicate with the host. Negative: Bathroom is in ground floor.

Nice place in a nice area. Perfect location if you wish to stay near by all the facilities. Positive: The location was perfect. Only a 10 min walk from the city centre. The local shop just around the corner. The local pub served very nice food. The area felt safe. The rooms were clean and cozy. Loads of TV channels. Wifi worked OK for general use. Overall very pleased. I would definitely re-book again. Negative: I would have wished some kind of guest instruction folder. For example the rubbish bins, which are which and when they get emptied. Coffee capsule-machine or any other coffee machine would have been perfect as not used to instant coffee. These are minor little improvement suggestions.

Very bad experience, after all that I didn’t even received a full refund. Negative: The master lock didn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Had to book at a hotel that night after staying in front of the house for 1 hour. No response from anyone not by phone or by email.
