Location great but disappointing property. Positive: Location Negative: Apartment is very shabby. Entrance hall is filthy and an awful first impression. 2 out of 3 windows cannot be opened. Grateful for fans that were provided but they barely worked. Sofa in living room is not the same as advertised and is very uncomfortable to sit on for long periods. Fridge light does not work and freezer door does not close. Cleanliness in the apartment was poor, lots of cobwebs, sideboards dusty and urine in the toilet on arrival. Place needs a serious overhaul. Paint and new furnishings would make the world of a difference. A kitchen table would have been brilliant, there is plenty of space for one. Front door is impossible to open, needs to be fixed. Bed in larger room is sagging in the middle so very uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin, had to get replacements from staff.

Lovely spacious apartment in great location. Positive: Really good location in the heart of the city, close to the lovely river walk and the cathedral. Very spacious apartment with everything we needed. Really good cafe opposite. Negative: I had trouble with unlocking the street door - you have to pull the door towards you, turn the key then push the door. Easy when you know!

Positive: Lovely, big space. Some interesting features. Negative: It's hyper-minimalist, furnishings-wise. There's no table, and no chairs, just wobbly bar stools.

Convenient location/base in lovely part of town. Positive: The overall style. Comfortable beds. Negative: Bit noisy on a Saturday night as surrounded by pubs and people talking outside. Only an issue on a sunny warm evening though.
