Great location, comfortable if you were staying for 1 night and need a place to stay, though would g Positive: The location Negative: Very tired looking apartment needs substantial renovations, not cleaned to a very high standard, a bad smell upon arrival that stayed. Unable to open windows to allow air to circulate. Not quite what it looks like in pictures. Bathroom was moldy, damp growing on the shower curtain which to me is unacceptable.

Great location in central Norwich Positive: The location was fantastic and close to everything we needed. The laundry facilities were exceptionally helpful as we had 2 babies with us. Rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and cutlery/crockery that we needed. Negative: Directions to finding the entry door were not very clear. Google maps pins the property in a parking lot behind it and Google street view says the property is at a pizza place, 2 doors up from the actual entrance. It took us about 30mins to find the lockbox and entrance, which was not fantastic after a long plane flight and train ride with 2 babies. There was some black mold in the shower corners and I could not work out how to turn on the heat so I was very cold for the majority of the stay.
